1. Introduction Welcome to Bin on Time. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided Bin on Time provides bin placement, return services, and additional chore management services as outlined on our website. Services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. Service Terms

Subscription Plans: Customers may choose from various subscription plans, including weekly, bi-weekly, and on-call services.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service or as per the agreed subscription plan. We accept various payment methods as outlined on our website.

Cancellations: Services can be canceled 24 hours before the next monthly payment for our monthly subscriptions and with 24 hours' notice for all other services by contacting us via email or text. No refunds will be provided for canceled services within the current billing cycle.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Access: Customers must ensure that bins are accessible, in good use for placement and return services.

Timely Communication: Customers must inform Bin on Time of any changes to service needs or scheduling in a timely manner.

Content Consent: By using our services, customers consent to the use of images and videos taken during the provision of services for communication between client and Bin on Time as well as possible promotional purposes. We will take reasonable measures to protect privacy by not displaying identifying details.

5. Limitation of Liability Bin on Time is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service in question.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Service Agreement Sample
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Bin on Time (“Provider”) and [Client Name] (“Client”) as of the effective date listed above. By using the services provided by Bin on Time, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided 1.1 Description of Services: Bin on Time agrees to provide the following services as selected by the Client:

Weekly Bin Placement and Return

Bi-Weekly Bin Management

On-Call Services

Donation Drop-Offs

Bottle Return Drop-Offs or Removals

Recycling Sorting and Box Breakdown

Bin Labeling

Other personalized service and/or solutions

1.2 Service Schedule: Services will be performed according to the schedule agreed upon during sign-up.

2. Payment Terms 2.1 Fees: The Client agrees to pay the fees specified for the selected services as listed on the Bin on Time pricing page.

2.2 Payment Method: Payments are to be made via credit card, e-transfer, automatic deposits, cash and other agreed upon transactions.
​
2.3 Invoicing: Invoices will be issued [monthly/bi-monthly/weekly] and are due upon receipt.
​
2.4 Late Payments: Late payments will incur a late fee of 2% of the invoice amount per month after 30 days past due or a flat fee of $15, whichever is greater.

3. Client Responsibilities 3.1 Accessibility: The Client must ensure that bins are accessible, organized for placement and return services. Bottles and donations must be clean and ready for shipment. For bottles being returned using the Express service, please follow all requirements as laid out by the Return It Depot. We are not responsible for anything that happens once the bottles have been returned. Once any donations are dropped off, we are not responsible.

To return bottles to Express, follow these steps:

Bring your unsorted containers in sealed, clear or transparent bags of under 90-litre capacity to an Express site.

Use the phone number you registered with to log in at an Express Kiosk.

Print your tags, tag your bags, and leave them with Express.

3.2 Communication: The Client agrees to notify Bin on Time promptly of any changes to service needs or schedules.

3.3 Safe Environment: The Client must maintain a safe environment for Bin on Time personnel to perform their duties.

4. Provider Responsibilities 4.1 Service Quality: Bin on Time agrees to perform the services in a professional, safe, secure, and diligent manner.

5. Liability and Indemnity 5.1 Limitation of Liability: Bin on Time’s liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services in question.
​
5.2 Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Bin on Time harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Client’s failure to comply with this Agreement.
​
6. Termination 6.1 Termination by Client: The Client may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. No refunds will be provided for services already paid for within the current billing cycle.

6.2 Termination by Provider: Bin on Time reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Client fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

7. Miscellaneous 7.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of White Rock, BC.
7.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

7.3 Amendments: Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both
